ConversionLab collects information that personally identifies you in some circumstances, for example when you use our contact form or subscribe to our newsletter so that we can communicate with you by email or phone. When someone visits conversionlab.no we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. Mailing lists

As part of the registration process for our newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organizations and businesses.

We use a third-party provider, Campaign Monitor, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. Unsubscribe requests are fulfilled within minutes and no further communications will be sent to users who have stated that they do not wish to receive the specified information.

When you submit a contact form we store this information in our database. This information will be stored as long as we find it relevant to improve customer service, but we strive not to keep your records for longer than necessary.
